Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: Accessories, including wristbands and socks, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and quality control.
Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or shipping insurance for items equal to your purchase price. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- You will receive an email confirming the return and refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Haven’t Received Your Refund?
If your refund has not appeared:
- Double-check your Bank or Card statement PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, or any other ways that you may have paid.
- Contact your credit card provider—some banks take additional time to post refunds.
- Reach out to your bank to confirm any processing delays.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request an exchange:
- Email info@lookupprayup.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
- If approved, ship the item to:

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees. These charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Package Protection (Optional)
At checkout, we offer optional package protection to safeguard your order from being lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- If selected, your package is covered for fast, no-hassle resolution.
- If not selected, you assume full responsibility for any issues that occur after shipment.
We highly recommend adding this low-cost protection for peace of mind. With people stealing packages as soon as they arrive at your door or delivery driver messing up the address, they leave your package at a wrong address. It's better to be safe than lose your merchandise and money as well
